VADACC

The Virginia Dressage Association, Central Chapter, is a chapter of the Virginia Dressage Association (VADA), which is a Group Member Organization (GMO) of the United States Dressage Federation (USDF). Membership is open to all who show an interest in dressage. We promote participation in and education about the equestrian sport of dressage in the Central Virginia area.

We appreciate and need the support of our membership for all our events and shows to be a success! We have many fun volunteering assignments available and offer a volunteer voucher program.

WANTED- Three VADACC members to volunteer a few hours this fall for the Nominating Committee. This is a job that can be done in your leisure time and can be done from late August-October. The job is contacting current board members to see if they would like to continue their service and to take and make nominations for board members. You will get 4 hours of VADACC volunteer credit! Dressage At The Meadow is recognized by USEF & USDF. It is recognized by VADACC and NCDCTA (www.ncdcta.org) for year end awards and volunteer hours for members.

 

Throughout this year we will be collecting donations for the USERL! They are in need of many items (which can be new or used) for the numerous abused, neglected, and abandoned horses that come through their non-profit program. Their region encompasses 8 counties in Virginia including: Caroline, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, King George, Powhatan, Louisa, and the city of Richmond.
