VADACC Year End Awards

All participants must be VADACC members at the time of the competition. Scores must be from the current competition year (December 1st through November 30th of the respective year). Entries must be submitted with copies of all tests and with the awards form completely filled out to be considered. A signed volunteer form must also be enclosed, verifying a minimum of four (4) volunteer hours with VADACC (volunteer page). Incomplete entries will not be accepted. VADACC is not responsible for contacting members to correct or complete information submitted. Completed awards packet must be received by Anne Draine by December 1. Packets received after this date will not be considered. Please do not send packets by certified mail.

Licensed Show Division:
• Awards will be given at all levels. Freestyle awards will be divided into USEF and FEI divisions
• For USEF levels, 6 scores must be submitted, 2 of which must be from the highest test of that level
• Scores from all open shows (those without breed restrictions) will count towards awards
• 4 scores must be submitted for FEI Levels (to include FEI Young Horse, junior and pony, but not including MFS)
• 3 scores required for freestyles, Pas De Deux and Quadrille
• Scores must be from at least 2 shows and from at least 2 different judges
• The average of the scores will be the final score for placing
• Levels will be divided into Junior and Senior divisions
• Awards will be given through 10 places at Training and First Level, to 8 places in all other divisions

Schooling Show Division:
• Awards will be given at all levels. Freestyle awards will be divided into USEF and FEI divisions
• Shows must be sanctioned by VADACC
• Tests must be judged by a USEF recognized judge L graduate or above
• For USEF levels, 6 scores must be submitted, 1 of which must be from the highest test of that level
• 3 scores required for freestyles, Pas De Deux and Quadrille
• The average of the 6 scores will be the final score placing
• Levels will be divided into Junior and Senior divisions
• Awards will be given through 10 places Into-First, through 8 places at Second Level and above
